Brook and Sam will survey the most "notable" bankruptcy decisions of the last year - "notable" being defined as those decisions that are likely to have the most significant impact on bankruptcy and commercial practice, decisions that deal with key unsettled legal issues, and a few decisions that might be described as odd or otherwise of note.
