Is this true? If so, why; and if not, why? Join our panel for a systematic discussion of bankruptcy issues as to which there is a split between the Ninth Circuit and another Circuit and which may be legitimate grounds on which to favor, disfavor, or be ambivalent about filing a chapter 11 case in the Ninth Circuit.
