program will undertake a new look at the plight of undersecured creditors in
bankruptcy, examining their treatment and their options from the case's filing,
through its administration and then on to confirmation.
The panel will also explore strategies for optimal treatment at each
stage for the undersecured creditor (both from the creditor's and the debtor's
side).
