Real estate and commercial law expert Dennis Arnold and bankruptcy expert Bennett Silverman will provide an overview of the non-uniform Mixed Collateral provisions of the California UCC, case law seeking to deal with mixed collateral issues, and the potential impact of Revised UCC Section 9604 upon California's "one action" and anti-deficiency statutes.
