Please mail your registration by Monday, January 5, 2004 with (i) your check made payable to FINANCIAL LAWYERS CONFERENCE, or (ii) with the credit card information filled in. Please mail your check to:

Please provide all of the information requested on the registration form and state whether you will pay at the door or by mail.

Cancellations will be accepted through noon, Wednesday,
January 7, 2003.

Walk-ins may attend without a reservation, only if space allows, and will incur a $10.00 additional charge.
