The Balance of Power in
Workouts and Chapter 11 Cases

The program will focus on the ways
in which provisions in cash collateral
and debtor in possession financing
agreements affect the balance of power
in workouts and chapter 11 cases. The panel
will address debtor, secured creditor and
unsecured creditor motivations, proposed
provisions for these financing agreements
and how they can impact each party's
control and goals in chapter 11 cases.
