Valuing a Financially
Distressed Company and its Assets:
Looking Beyond Financial Statements,
Finding Hidden Assets, and
Maximizing Value through the Bankruptcy Code

This program will focus on the common problems encountered and tools used by lawyers, financial advisors, investment bankers and third party investors when valuing a financially distressed company and its assets.  The program will provide a brief overview of the various methods utilized to value a company and how to interpret a financially distressed company's financial statements.  The program will then discuss in-depth such topics as identifying and maximizing hidden assets, how to look beyond a company's financial statements and records, and utilizing the Bankruptcy Code to maximize value.
