Chapter 11 Debtor:
Issues and Strategies

Controversies involving a Chapter 11 debtor can be waged in various courtrooms, including the bankruptcy court, federal district court, and state court, and in front of state and federal regulatory agencies.  The panel will discuss the procedural rules which govern the transfer of such controversies and litigation strategies and tactics to be considered by the debtor and third parties.
