Real Estate Bankruptcies:
What's New,
What's Different and
What Remains the Same

The panel will provide a review and update on the key issues that arise in real estate bankruptcy cases.  The panel will also focus on how the legal landscape for these cases has been impacted by Revised Article 9 and other changes in state law, the growth of securitization and other financing techniques and the proliferation of "carve out" and "exploding recourse" guaranties.
