Current Issues and Neglected Arguments in Bankruptcy and Chapter 11 Reorganizations
The customary problem-solving format will challenge attendees to adapt important cases from the U.S. Supreme Court and lower courts to important daily bankruptcy practice concerns.
Professors Brunstad and Klee will draw upon their day-to-day experience as practicing lawyers as well as their academic careers. They will offer their unique perspectives. Eric from having argued several bankrupcy cases in the Supreme Court and Ken from having authored a recent comprehensive book Bankruptcy and the Supreme Court and two prior books on Bankruptcy and Business Reorganization, and numerous articles.
